Software for the automatic evaluation of questionnaires
EvaSys is a web-based software for the automatic evaluation of questionnaires. EvaSys is suitable for paper, online and hybrid surveys as well as multimodal surveys. It combines the entire process from the design of questionnaires and mass control of survey operations to electronic data collection and automatic reporting in one application.
EvaSys is a software with which — in decentralised sub-areas of course evaluation and evaluation of further education and information events (evaluations) of the LMU are created and carried out. In addition, EvaSys can be used paper-based or online as a platform for research surveys.
Each sub-area can decide for itself whether a survey takes place anonymously, or whether the answers can be assigned to individual persons. Each section also decides which personal data is requested.
In each section separate evaluations and surveys are prepared for which — if they differ from these general data protection notices — supplementary data protection notices must be created.
