Staff Council
The Staff Council at LMU is available to all members of staff as an elected representative pursuant to Article 69 (1c) of the Bavarian Staff Representation Act (BayPVG).
Elected by you
The Staff Council is your statutory representative pursuant to the Bayerisches Personalvertretungsgesetz (BayPVG) (Bavarian Staff Representation Act, BayPVG). Within the scope of the rules and regulations stipulated therein, the Staff Council represents the staff at LMU.

The Staff Council web pages offer all LMU staff an overview of the different topics on which the full council and the individual committees focus. You can also read a wide range of information and notices on relevant topics as well as legal regulations and service agreements concluded between the University's management and the Staff Council. Where the Staff Council is involved in participation and co-determination procedures pursuant to the BayPVG, applicants will find more detailed information on the fundamentals of the participation procedures there.
