What kind of childcare services does the Family Service provide?
The search for a suitable childcare solution requires a lot of time and experience. Quite often, it's not having the right contacts that slow things down and make a reliable solution hard to find. The pme Familienservice helps you to work out a solution tailored to your personal situation — proposed after an individual consultation.
Possible options include; childminders, childcare professionals working in the private household, emergency care in the event of illness of the child/carer or parents, babysitters, au pairs, private kindergartens and parent schemes, crèches, day-care centers, after-school care, and holiday programs.
In addition to personal counseling, you can use various services (day-care center database, information on relevant presentations, chat counseling, etc.)
Back-up support
In emergency and exceptional situations (e.g. in case of your carer being ill or your regular facility being closed) you can have your child/children aged 0 to 12 years looked after, free of charge, in the pme Familienservice GmbH back-up institution. The annual care quota per family is 30 days.
