Intercultural Insights: Strategies for Supporting Global Researchers
The Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) warmly invites you to participate in its Staff Week as part of the Erasmus+ Program. This program is designed for university staff from various countries and offers an excellent opportunity to make international contacts, exchange ideas, and benefit from the experiences of other universities' staff members.
What to expect?
Our Staff Week is themed "Intercultural Insights: Strategies for Supporting Global Researchers" and provides a platform to explore strategies for improving support for international scientists and doctoral candidates. The program includes workshops and presentations focused on promoting intercultural awareness, sharing best practices for integrating international researchers into academic environments, and engaging in reflection and peer exchange. This will offer participants opportunities to enhance their services and explore new ways to support the success and integration of international researchers.
