In this workshop all participants will learn every monday how to negotiate with confidence and close deals.
They will be looking at the preparation, relationship building, making proposals, questioning techniques, bargaining and dealing with breakdowns.
In the second part the participants will learn how to create a basic business plan. They will be looking at financing, marketing, trends etc.
