Degree programs with a pre-registration procedure
If you are a non-German EU/EEA citizen and wish to study a degree program with pre-registration, be aware that you must pre-register (in the form and within the deadline specified) with the relevant institute responsible for that degree program and additionally apply to the International Office to study at LMU.
A summary of which degree programs currently require pre-registration at LMU can be found in the programs offered section. For information regarding deadlines and documents to be submitted, please contact the relevant institute or refer to their websites. If you have pre-registered on time, you will receive a written notification from the relevant institute, the original and a copy of which you must present at registration together with the other registration documents.
Independently of the pre-registration process with the relevant institute, you must also submit an application for admission to the degree program (in the form and within the deadline specified) to the International Office. Registration can take place after you have received notification of your admission from the International Office.
