LMU Q4 Internship Flash 2025
We have been offering the Q4 Internship Flash to students at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and all other public universities in Munich for 10 years.
As part of a virtual, interdisciplinary team, you will complete a one-day micro-internship at one of our partner companies. In one day, you will solve an exciting business case in an interdisciplinary team, independently and with technical support from the company. This case is close to reality or directly from the working world of the company.
The Q4 has often been a springboard to the next career step for students.
At the end of the year, the Q4 series closes with a local career event on December 5, where all local teams and companies meet to expand their career network.
The Q4 is a cooperation between the LMU Career Service and the participating companies. You will of course receive a certificate for the event. We always pay attention to this and, if necessary, advise students to take part in the cases that suit their subject areas and level of experience.
The Q4 is also suitable for international students, as you coordinate with each other as a team and settle the issue of the language of cooperation among yourselves. However, we recommend B1 / B2 knowledge of German.
