Jonas Blechta, M.Sc.
Research Assistant | Doctoral Student
Jonas Blechta has been a research assistant, trainer, and doctoral student at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since September 2023. He studies psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the University of Regensburg and the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz. In his dissertation he examines social identification processes in the working and sport context. At the Center, he is responsible for organizing the seminars and supervising the student assistants.
