Julia Cecil has been a research assistant and doctoral student at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since October 2022 in the third-party funded project "Human-AI-Interaction in Healthcare: Identifying Factors Contributing to Clinical Utility". She has been part of the team since the beginning. In addition to her former work at the Chair of Social, Work, Organizational and Business Psychology at the University of Regensburg. She initially worked as a research assistant in the project. She studied psychology (B.Sc and M.Sc) at the University of Regensburg.
