Stefanie Krauth has been a research assistant, trainer, and doctoral student at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since June 2022. She studied psycholgy (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the University of Vienna. The focus of her master's degree was on industrial, economic and social psychology. In her dissertation, she examines gender stereotypes and sexism in organizations. At the Center, she is responsible for the homepage and marketing.
